Yeah. I saw a link to The Independent's Most Bizarre Tattoos on a body art forum I read, and as I found a PHIL tattoo (see link), felt compelled to immediately send it to Northern Spanking HQ
I don't even think that PHIL is my favourite out of those. It might be the Owl with Tits, actually.

I think this one is my favourite. Am tempted to do it myself! Though the eyes on the forearm and the face on the head are close!
Boggle indeed. Phil and handprint aside, I am a fan of the Pac-Man ass.
I like Pac-Man, but it's a bit too good. Owl With Tits is not only random as a nest of donkeys, but has also possibly been drawn by a hogtied gorilla.
